Description
Job Responsibilities- Support research workflow: edit, format, proofread, and distribute research reports.
- Coordinate full logistics of Corporate Access events (NDRs, company meetings, site visits, conferences, calls).
- Manage routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily department operations.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to support strategic initiatives.
- Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in financial services (securities firm, investment bank, brokerage preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational and prioritization skills; able to support multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
